Never. It only reads what's on your screen and shows a card. You accept or decline in the ride app yourself.
What happens to my screen data?
Offers are read on your phone with on-device text recognition. No screenshots or video are kept or uploaded. Only the offer figures are saved, and only if you turn Offer history on.
Is FareGlance made by or connected to Uber?
No. FareGlance is an independent app, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Uber. Please follow your platform's terms.
Are the earnings figures guaranteed?
No. £/hour, £/mile and profit are estimates from the offer and your own costs. Your platform statement is always the real figure.
Which phones does it work on?
Android 8 or later. Reading the ride app only needs Android 14+; older versions share the whole screen.
